report not accurate at all in bandwidth use

I'm so sick and tired of Astaro 7 being soooooooo inaccurate when telling you how much you download and upload on the net. It makes me sick and needs to be fixed. What in the hell is the point of having it if it doesn't tell the truth? how pathetic and I can't well yes I can believe you guys released a crummy lieing report tool. No company seems to give a rats ass about being true and accurate in their software.

The report shows you how much you download and upload in total for day week month and so forth on the wan. It is lieing. I get a daily report and at the top it shows 25gb transferred. I've downloaded well over 30gb in that day via nntp alone. I don't have any rules set that would block anything anywhere as my system is totally open cept a few defaults and stuff like that.

So Astaro, you need to fix this asap!

    There are a couple of open bugs regarding network accounting accuracy. Unfortunately, it requires a kernel update to be fixed, so this will only be scheduled for an update with a beta phase.
    Anyway, if you have maintenance, you can use it to open a new issue in our bug tracking system, and you can track the progress of the issue. This is the official mechanism to report bugs and get them fixed.

    Thanks for the response.

    I can't afford any support fee as i'm not working and on disability temporarily. So I can only write messages in these forums. 

    Don't you think it'd be a good idea to have a place where we can report bugs?

    By using your myAstaro account, you can open support cases by clicking on "End User Support" in the menu, then  "Support Cases" -> "Enter here", and you'll get a form to fill out. MyAstaro accounts are free to create, and you probably already have one because you need it to request a  license for home use.

    Except when I have sent a support form thing I only got, we're not going to help you from you guys.
