Web usage reporting broke on 8/19

Discovered this morning, having received my Daily Executive Report (from yesterday) that the web usage section is broken and/or wrong.

I support 2 ASG installations, both running 7.201.  For the SMB using the ASG software on their hardware, in the section for Web Usage all the reports have been replaced with "The report is disabled by configuration".

The other organization is using an ASG 320.  The charts are listed under the headings, but the numbers are wrong.  For example, "Top10 Clients by time" - items 3-10 are for 1 minute of use, whereas it's usually in the 3.5-6 hours.  Similarly "Top10 Clients by traffic", items 2-10 are below 28k, whereas they are normally 50-100Mb+.  If I run the "generate report now" option this morning, I see the same values that were reported on last night's Daily Executive Report.

I did notice there were 3 updates yesterday - did one break something.

    Same thing for me.  We have an Astaro 425a using v7.02.  And the daily executive report indicates :  (This report is disabled by configuration) on the Web Security section.

    When I click on Web Security button (in WebAdmin), I have this text : (No data is available for this report).

    Th following pattern updates has been automatically installed yesterday, and today :
    August 19 - ips-7.116 (pattern update 8152)
    August 20 - ohelp-7.174 (pattern update 8163)
    August 20 - man-app-7.29 (pattern update 8163)

    Does I need to restart something ? or type a command at the console ?

    Since I have platinum support, I opened a ticket with Astaro earlier this afternoon.  Am waiting to hear back from them.

    Now, as of August 21th, it's working.  And if I generate an executive report, all is ok.  

    But, the data was not available for august 19 and 20.
