Multiple Dyndns addresses

Astaro 7.2 seems to allow multiple dyndns registrations based upon the nic association.  These are configured in Network » DNS » Dyndns.

I have 2 ADSL connections bridged to my Astaro.  I can set up a dyndns registration for the first connection, however when I try to set up a second registration on a separate nic, the system gives and informational message "Configuration inconsistency detected." when I try and activate it.  If I disable the first connection, then I can enable the second connection, so that it would not appear to be a misconfiguration.

Am I mistaken in believing multiple registrations are possible or are there some limitations to this?  If only one registration is permitted, why is the opportunity provided for setting multiple registrations?

    I have been advised by Astaro support that it is only possible to have one dyndns address active at the one time.  Also advised that the ability to populate multiple addresses was planned, although no time plan yet.
