Stop reporting

Hello,
is it posible to let the Astaro only report at midnight?
I ask because the reporting scripts take over 80% of the whole CPU time.
If the Astaro does no reports we have a load of 5-8%.

You can disable accounting in 7.2xx ... the new version, 7.300, that's in beta, allows more granular control over the accounting (you can set how many months it keeps in the dbs, etc.).

Go to Network > Accounting > and disable the accounting

Hello,
ok i stoped the accounting but the report perlscripts keep the cpu on 100%.

How could i stop the perlscripts?

Hi,
it is not just reporting it is also logging, you will have to disable/turn logging off.

Hi Ingo,

You will want to go in and remove the large inline report files and then restart the services for logging and reporting.

at ssh:

cd /var/log/reporting/adbs
rm *.dbl

/etc/init.d/mysql restart
/etc/init.d/ulog restart
/etc/init.d/syslogng restart
