No data in Network usage rpt

I'm showing no data under the REPORTS - NETWORK USAGE report on my Astaro box. Yes, I do have ACCOUNTING turned on under NETWORK. Still nothing in the network usage report. Any suggestions?

I got that issue too. I solved it that way:

1. I stopped the Accounting
2. mv /var/log/reporting/adbs/accouting.dbl /var/log/reporting/adbs/accouting.dbl.old
3. Restart ulogd

Now accounting works!
