not my clients!!

Every day in the Daily Excetive Report I get 5 extra clients in the top ten clients table (I only have 5 IP's on my network)

Where are these clients coming from? I have no inbound packet filter rules and all VPN options turned off.
Any ideas?? I am making the assumption here that any "Clients" are coming from within my internal network
