[7.101] Network Usage not shown by Month

Hi,
the network usage is a great option and I use it regally. I just found out that when I choose to see the usage by Month and I push the "update"-button there's no report!!!

When I choose the option the last 7 days or 30 days,I do get a report. Also when I choose "custom" and select the dates (of each Month) I do get a report.

Has anyone else the same problem or do I something wrong?

    I have just a run a series of tests to see what happens.

    Yes, I agree with you, the monthly reports generate an empty report. The reports cause a minor CPU spike, so there is most definitely something happening, but just not getting to the screen. The return from report generation takes awhile for the monthly reports.

    Is you ASG a new build or an upgraded one?

    Hi RFCat_vk, it's a upgraded version. well I installed 7.000 a while ago and upgraded from there...

    Hi Fobe,
    a number of the Astaro support guys have asked that question during other threads. My box is also an upgrade. I want to replace a NIC so a full install is required, but I waiting on Astaro to finish an investigation, a full install will will delete all the history.

    Well, I also don't wanna do a fresh install. If you receive an answer from the Astaro-crew for a "solution", I'll be very intersted in it, please keep me posted...

    The "full months" feature has been ported from WebSecurity to Network Accounting in August, and has been broken since then because of a difference in how the dates are stored in those database. I am very surprised this slipped through, looks kinda obvious now that I know it. [:P]
