Not Receiving any Email Notifications

I have been having some issues with the Email notification system in the ASG.  I am running the latest version 7.011.  I am not receiving ANY emails for any alerts of any kind.  I do not even receive my daily report.  I have made sure that my Gmail address that I want alerts to come to is correct for the following menu locations:

1. In my Astaro online account
2. During the Basic Setup I entered it in the "admin account email address" field.
3. Management >> Notification >> Global Tab
4. I have all of the "email" check boxes checked under: Network Security >> Intrusion Prevention >> Attack Patterns
5. Under the Configuration section of Logging, I have entered my email address for each report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc).

     Regardless of this, I am not receiving any alerts.  Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    Hi Blueeyed.1978,
    you must enable smtp proxy (E-Mail Security), then the notification works fine.

    Okay, one problem if I am enabling the SMTP Proxy, it is asking me to enter something for "Email Domains" and a "Internal Server".  First, I don't have a internal mail server.  I just want to send alerts to my Gmail account.  So what do I put for these fields so I can receive alerts?

    for email domain, put
    asdf.example.com
    or something like that

    for internal server, choose any host definition on your internal network, or create a new bogus one.

    you slightly mistaken. You do not need to enable the smtp proxy to get e-mail from the ASG. 

    This is because not everyone uses proxies for their e-mail.

    Do you have a NAT Masq rule in place?

    I have just the normal NAT Mas rule in place.  I tried enabling the proxy like you stated in another post and not getting any alerts to my comcast.net, gmail.com, or my paid for Hushmail.com accounts that I all tried.  Hmmm I still must be doing something wrong then.
