Not getting Notifications

Hello all. I have a client that has a ASG120. They are on a ATT DSL dynamic connection. I have never gotten a notification from this firewall. I really am not sure where to look to diagnose it. Can someone point me in the right direction so I can get this part working?

Did you set the default gateway on your WAN interface?

Yes the Default GW is checked on the WAN interface.
