Data Disk Full

Can someone let me know how to clear the data disk. In the dashboard this is showing 100% full. I have cleared log files etc. 

The manual does not seem to show this ability (or mention it in the index).

The system is running at 100% CPU usage, the internet connection has become too slow to use and the data disk is the only thing amiss, as far as I can see. Would appreciate some advice from you friendly people.
