Reporting txt-files

Hello,

I recieve every Day my daily report per mail, but only as a text file. If i rename the file to html no graphs will be displayed.

Has anyone any Idea to see the graphs in report mails?

    If your talking about the Executive Report, I believe that it only comes in one format.  Most likely your issue is either with one of two things.  Check for rules and features that may strip html on your mail server that the astaro sends your reports through.  The other potential cause would be settings in your email client to only display as text.

    im not talking about executive reports. its about daily, weekly and monthly reports. they send automaticaly from our astaro.

    the send to a exchange server, and there is no problem for html-files.

    is thera a way to tell the astaro another format?

    our version is 7.006.

    Maybe we're looking in different places.  The reports I'm looking at are under Reporting>Executive Report>Configuration Tab.  All Executive Reports, available in Daily, Weekly, and Monthly varieties.  [:)]
     
    I've not seen any way of changing the formatting on these within Astaro.
     
    If your able to, one thing I would try is just for a day (one daily report cycle) is to add some other email(s) to the recipient list that are accessed through different means from different servers just to see how they look.  For example, my reports go to a work address through our internal mail server  which I access using Outlook 2007.  If I were having this issue, I would add my personal gmail account which is accessed from a web interface and also possibly my personal hotmail account which I can check formatting from both thunderbird on a home PC and a web interface.  If the issue only showed up on the work address and not the others, it would most likely be a filtering issue with the message in transit.
     
    Don't know if this is applicable, but if you happen to be using Outlook and the reports are going into the junk e-mail folder, html won't display for any messages in the junk folder.  Just a thought.
