Resolving hostname on internal network

Hi there,

At first: Our ASG 220 is used in bridged mode, Version is 6.311.

At the moment, I have for testing a client computer on the one side of the ASG and our network on the other side.

Operations on shared folders doing well, but connecting to our internal web server, the name couldn't resolved:

The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL: ***
the following error is encountered:

   Unable to determine IP address from host name for bdc-pdgso

The dnsserver returned:

   Server Failure: The name server was unable to proccess this query.

This means that:
The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

But: Connecting via IP adress or Surfing on the web works fine.

I configured DNS Proxy for listening on Internal Network (***). Also DNS is allowed for Internal Network and Forwarding Name Servers were defined (***, ***).

There is a Packet Filter Rule, too. For Internal Network it is allowed to connect with Any protocols to Internal Network. Because my client computer is on the one side and all others, DNS too, are on the other side.

Can anybody give me some hints/help to solve this problem please?
