[7.006] Daily Reports Are Wrong

We updated to v7.006 late last week and are seeing the same thing.  Hopefully, Astaro fixes this soon!

Ok.  We have a 2 node cluster pair of 425a Astaro 7.006 boxes in a Novell eDirectory environment.
The boxes have been up for around 2 weeks.
Now sometimes reports are correct, take this morning for instance.  Came into work at 9am, looked at reports and they looked correct for today, the way I tell is look at the Management login log, The network current connection log, the Network Security PF log, Web Security log (Top ten users etc and the logging log (Current fill rate)

All was fine till around 1 pm, can't be exact sorry.  The first thing I noticed was the Management Login table only had login attempts up till 30-07-2007.  All data after that had vanished..  And yes I login several times a day., the Network concurrent connections table was showing data from around the same time.  Basically all the charts were wrong.  I performed a Web Security, TOP Ten chart from the Reporting section and it thought that we had used 196 GB of bandwidth from 7.7 million requests.  I can confirm this can not be the case, granted our users love to surf, but not to that extent.

I noticed that Andreas has a sticky note with things to look out for.  Well I ran through them all, everything looked ok, All areas were being updated in a timely fashion.  I restarted Cron just in case, but nothing looked out of whack.

What I did notice though is I do not have a file called:
/var/log/reporting/current_report.ph

Could this be the problem

I downloaded about 1GB of data from Landesk today.

Let me be blunt. I reported this issue within the first couple of days of beta testing. I was very puzzled and surprised when the production version came out with the same problems as the beta.
I have since posted a couple of other responses to similar threads.

I also found that the web stats are reset at what is local time gmt 0000 eg for me in a 10+ gmt zone, my stats reset at 1000 local each day where as the rest of the stats a reset at 0000 local time.
 As a result you can't relate the exaggerated download figures with the network stats. Astaro have accepted and identified the timing fault. I would expect the next up2date release of v7 to contain the fix.

Running web security in active directory mode.
Fetching yesterday's report and euh a user managed to surf for 200 hours......
Hmm a day has only 24 hours strange..... I know that the reporting tools is just new but strange values everywhere..... Hoping this will be fixed soon

Also the network card speeds..... don't seem to be trusted.....

Example: Server has Internal network card 1GB capable. After download is scanned by asaro the floppy button is pressed and i recieve the file with a speed off 80MB/s
So far so good. Then i recieve a daily report that the max speed off the day is 10MB/s?????

I am seeing the same things.  I've logged a support case as well, just to get the queue flooded with these same issues.
Am I seeing a trend here with v7?  Is Astaro really not that "Up2Date" (sorry bad pun) on fixing issues.
I just recently came into this current company and they loved their old box (v6) but I can't stand this new one.
Anyone give me a warm fuzzy feeling so I don't RMA this thing and find another vendor.

Hi there, 

due to a faulty optimization, the same web surfing data get added to the database over and over again causing inaccurate numbers.

We are currently in progress of uploading ASG V7.007 which will fix this issue and will also clean up the web reporting database so all numbers are accurate again.
