Link in Outlook by Daily Spam Report

Hi!

I ve just a question. Is it possible to link the User Login Portal by the Daily Spam Report. In Menu "Email Security" - "End-User Spam Report" i make a html link in customizeable message text like text. It doesn t work. I ve the vers. 7.5.
