Does ARM Actually Work with v7.004????

I've been trying to get ARM 4.3 to produce reports with ASG320/v7.004.

The eIQ syslogger is receiving data and creating deltas but the eIQ web interfaces produces absolutely nothing. I have the firewall configured and licensed in ARM, it's detecting traffic but all reports are empty.

I've been advised that ARM + ASG7 just doesn't work and I need to confirm that this is the case? I used ARM successfully with ASG6 in the past. I notice the syslog file format is different.

Someone also mentioned using Calamaris to reformat the logs so ARM can parse them. Is this possible? A workaround perhaps?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

    ARM will not work with V7 --- this a major reason we are waiting on the upgrade, we have a lot of clients that we monitor, 24/7.  Version 4.6 (I believe that is to be the version number) of ARM is supposed to be released soon to fix this issue.
