Use SGA 6.304 as NTP Server?

Dear All,

does anyone knows how to use the SGA version 6.304 to allow network clients to get the correct time? Is it possibile? 
(without granting them access to get the time from the public internet)

I've seen there is the feature in the release 7.x but could not find anything similar related to release 6.x
