Detailed Real-time traffic monitoring?

What is the best way to monitor my traffic through my ASL box? I've found a few threads relating to iptraf and tethereal, but no real details on any of it. I've also tried some links to "pluspack", all of which were broken.
I just want to be able to see exactly what's going over the network and from which IP it's coming from.

iptraf or ntop would probably be what you want.

Check out their sites; they have screenshots, etc.

It works in V6 and V7 as well.

I just found this one too. Haven't had time to try it out yet, but it might do what you need.

There's a virtual machine available of zenoss over at VMWare's VTMN site you may use to get it up and running quickly.
