Exec Report missing some days

I am not getting the executive report about 1 to 2 days a month. There doesn't ssem to be any obvious reason or pattern. Anybody else experiencing this? Any ideas for me as to what things to check?

got the same problem.

the reporting service seems to brake down and i get no logged data.

that is critical for me!

anybody experience with that?

why is astro not warning me, when this service is down?

Sometimes the mails get stuck in the mail-queue. Take a look at "Email Security" > "Quarantine Manager" > SMTP, Waiting for delivery or take a look at your SMTP-logs
