HTTP Proxy - Accessed Pages Report

Hello All,

I need help interpretting the http proxy access log. I have attached a sample. How is the data in the BYTES column determined? Is that the amount of data transferred over the ELAPSED TIME period? What does the data in the MILISEC column represent?
