Restart FTP not working

NSM v. 6.002. Was set HTTP proxy and selected FTP and FTP-Control services. Also selected FTP protocol for connection tracking helpers.
I tried a few FTP clients and all can't restart FTP downloads and show me what FTP server can't use FTP restart... IF use connection from real IP (without ASTARO box) with same FTP server (ftp.ca.com), all working fine.
What I do wrong?
What settings for NSM I need?

Are you using the FTP proxy?

FWIW, you should consider upgrading to 6.3... there were some problems with ftp handling that were fixed a while back.

I think you need a subscription, but I'm not sure the details for NSM... most people in this forum are using the Astaro version ASG... NSM is a version that Novell resells.

You might be able to do a backup, install from the 6.3 ISO, and restore the backup, but I'm not sure if that'll work without a license.

there is still a problem with ftp and the http proxy in v6.303. There have been a couple of threads on the subject and I think one of the non home users raised a fault ticket.

Well, you don't have to use the proxy.

There were some non-proxy FTP issues which have been fixed between 6.0 and 6.3.
