Error updating "HTTP pages (Daily Graph)" in "Executive Report"

Since 2006-07-30 the "HTTP pages (Daily Graph)" in "Executive Report" will not be updated!

Liste of images:
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 4465 Jul 30 09:30 http_daily.png
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 7470 Jul 30 09:30 http_monthly.png
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 6668 Jul 30 09:30 http_weekly.png
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 6396 Jul 30 09:30 http_yearly.png


After running "reportcontrol.sh" i get following output:

firewall:/usr/local/bin # reportcontrol.sh
rrdfile /var/log/reporting/rrd/interface_ppp0.rrd does not exists
        main::update_iface_rrds('/var/log/reporting/rrd','HASH(0x8169cf4)') called at /usr/local/bin/reporter/network-reporter.pl line 231
ERROR while graphing http.rrd (daily): No DS called '59' in '/var/log/reporting/rrd/sp_categories.rrd'

What can I do to solve this problem?

    I am having a similar problem.  The HTTP daily graph is the same every day.  The detail listing below it is changing.  One apparent difference is that if I go to /usr/local.bin and run reportcontrol.sh manually no error messages are displayed on the console.  The files in /var/log/reporting/images are changed to the date/time I ran the reportcontrol.sh, but the HTTP daily graph still shows the old graph.

    I have exactly the same error on two of my boxes. The last update of the images was 2006-07-30, but at different times.

    I found, that the last refresh of the graphs was the 5-minute-period before the update to ASL 6.301.

    So with this update the system was broken.

    Have you found a solution ?

    Sorry, but till now i haven't found a solution. The problem still exists. I hoped, that the last update to version 6.301 will solve the problem, but it didn't.

    Meanwhile, i'm a little bit annoyed, that no one from astaro is able to reply to this thread and to solve it.

    I'm sure, the solution for this problem is very simple, but ...

    No use being annoyed, Astaro staff don't usually respond to faults published on this board.
    You need to log a service request and then you will get some action.

    The astaro-support told me, that this is a known bug and it should be solved in one of the next Up2Date-releases.
    Whenever this wil happen ...

    Sorry, but I didn't got any closer information about this bug.
