strange process in my process list

hello,
i've got in my process list, this process who are take a large percentage of my CPU !!!
to what corresponds:

-> /etc/confd/dispatcher.xml /etc/confd/ /etc/confd/error_codes.xml (53% of cpu)
->/var/mdw/mdw_daemon.pl (49% of cpu)
->var/wfe/syscall.pl (39 % of cpu)

help! my CPU is much busy!!!
