Executive Report contains wrong data?!

Our executive report has some strange data:
on the one hand it reports that no local, remote or webadmin logins have occured.
on the other hand it reports that each day between 9 and 15 config changes are done.

How can config changes be done without any logins on the machine?!?!?!

Hi Matthias,

this is easy to explain.

The config changes lsited in the executive report reflect changes to the global configuration, not only to the user definable configuration.

Also external parameters can change the configuration like:
- VPN connects
- PPTP connects
- usage of DNS objects
- pattern updates
- selfmonitoring

it is pretty common that you have those kind of config changes.

Thanks for that answer, I thought about something like that, but wasnt sure.

Wouldnt it be better to split this info up into two lines?
What does this informations brings for me, I think its more interesting to see if an admin (or intruder [;)]on.
