Reporting on External Interface bandwidth use

When I open Reports, Network, it shows that my inbound bandwidth usage on the external interface never drops below 200K (even in the middle of the night when noone is here).  I'd like to know how to find out what IP address or user is responsible that bandwidth.  

I tried out the Astaro Report Manager, but it would only do reports on an entire day.  I would like to be able to find out who has used the most bandwidth over the last hour or even the last 5 minutes.  Is this possible?

    You'd need to use something like IPTraf.
    It can run on ASL, but it'd probably void your support.
    Search these forums for more info.

    You could run tcpdump on ASL, and copy the dump to another machine and then run IPTraf or whatever on it. This should not void your support.
