alicd not running - restarted

Hi all
I keep getting these messages send to me saying "alicd not running - restarted"
I have rebooted machine and keep getting these messages.
Looking at selfmonitoring log i see "

also looking at licence information log i see "2005:08:30-15:06:45 (none) alicd[19945]: luserdb too small: size=0
2005:08:30-15:06:45 (none) alicd[19945]: cannot load luserdb
2005:08:30-15:06:58 (none) alicd[19958]: alicd Version $Revision: 1.44.2.3 $ initialization start
2005:08:30-15:07:00 (none) alicd[19958]: NLMSG_DONE" errors

Yesterday the machine was rebooted (as swap file and var/storage growing out of control also %100 cpu ult) machine was rebooted at console with shutdown -r now 

Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    /var/lib/misc/luserdb should never be of size 0 bytes.

    To get alicd running again, try "System-Licensing-ResetLicensedUsers".

    But there is no guarantee that no other parts of the file tree have been damaged by  the filesystem overflow mentioned by you.
