Numerous config changes

In the "Executive report" I usually get reports of numerous "Config changes (total)". On a typical day it will usually report 20-30 config changes, but it has gone over 10,000 for a single day before. Is this normal? Should we be concerned?

    do you ahve more than one usr authroized to get into webadmin?  Do you ahve webadmin access enabled from the outside?  10k changes is a bunch..but..if you have a ton of users and a ton of config settings it may not be.
