sqid not running - restarted

Since we updated to 5.206 (and added some vpn l2tp-users) i receive thy annoying mail "SQUID not Running - restarted"

Bug or feature? Here some lines of the log-file:

    Why don't you take a look into the squid.log and watch out for hints why squid could not start? The fact that you're getting a notification is a nice feature, the fact that it doesn't seem to run after the restart might indicate a problem.

    Fixed after upgrading to 6.x
