No log after a crash !

Our Astaro 5.1 crashed on saturday.

This morning, we stopped it physically (impossible to login, even on the console) and then restarted it.

The big trouble is that all the logs from saturday are GONE ! That way, we don't have any way of knowing why it crashed. The only things we have are the graphs, which don't show us a lot.

Is that a normal behavior ? Is there any way of getting those logs back ? Did we do something wrong by starting it again as usual ?

    So the firewall was not available during night? Logrotation is done at midnight. If the firewall is switched of or crashed at midnight, the logroation does not work. On the next day the logroatation starts again and stores two days in one file. So you might find the logs in the file from sunday.

    No, the firewall was restarting this morning (monday) and today's logs don't have anything about saturday or sunday
