problem connecting using the socks under win2000

i have newly installed the asl v4
and i'm using the proxy with the socks enabled
and i have internal_network_ is on the allow list and the authentication is on and i have defined users on the list and all is in the allow list
but when i will try to connect yahoo messenger using the proxy setting with the ip and port 1080 it wan't connect and i'm using win2000 prof. as OS and when i will use the admin login it will connect but as i use the user login with same conf. it wan't work so is anybody guide me for the same

    In user definistions you need to enable what services the user can use ie PPTP or SOCKS.

    When you create a user, ASL does not grant the user rights to certain services by default they are all turned off. You need to enable the service by double clicking on it. Usually a service that is disable is indicated by a line strike through the service name.

    no it is still not working i have assigned all the services to the firewall user lists but nobody is able to use a socks
    and from defination i got this
    PPTP   tcp   1024:65535   1723
    and from the user defination the PPTP is 
    is that ok and yahoo server uses the port
    20,23,25,80,119,5050,8001,8002 
    and it want' let me in
    and i'm able to connect to the yahoo server using the http proxy with port 8080 and i'm not able to connect to the webcam server as it will uses the 5100 port for webcam

    problem is resolved some java applet is not support the socks 5 so i have disabled it and i also enabled some services in win2000 OS so now yahoo can connect to the server with the user mode acess
