Traffic of IPSec is shown wrong by MRTG

Hi
I have connected two astaros with VPN. If I look at the NetworkTraffic of the IPSec Connections there is a big difference between the outbound traffic and the inbound on the other side (600kb to 2 mb) Is this caused by the compression? the effect seems to high for this?
