http acces wrong loged?

good morning,

i use now my astaro in our company for 6-8 weeks and the configuration is finised yet. the reporting functions are fine, but i have a "problem".
under "reporting -> http proxy usage" are the users list, wich have been used the http proxy. i have the feeling that not everybody who has used the internet are listed and not every site. is there a bug, i am looking at the wrong site?
if my boss want a list of the visited sites i thougth that is the right place to look for, but if there are some users or sites are not listed i have then a problem. can anybody help me?

    the answer seems to be that the requests goes from the client to a viruswall an from there to the astaro. no i will look for a way that the request goes directly to the astaro and on the way back over the viruswall to the client.
