BIND dies

before he's dead the following message comes into the logfile :

2004:12:04-02:26:08 (none) named[1319]: MAXQUERIES exceeded, possible data loop in resolving (20.197.155.216.dnsbl..)
2004:12:04-02:26:09 (none) named[1319]: MAXQUERIES exceeded, possible data loop in resolving (20.197.155.216.dnsbl.)

any hints ? the queried blacklist does work with v4 ! and also with dig / host and so on....

    If not, it might be neccessary to post some more details to receive an useful answer from somebody.

    maybe ... but iam not a bind guru.. so iam very happy about any help here...
    how can a loop rise ?
    how can i find further information ? whats next ?  look on the firewall side or
    ISP ? 

    so ASL has in internal name sever to query 192.168.0.16 . this nameserver is in 
    the dns proxy as no 1 forwarding nameserver .. 
    the internal name server does the rest of the queries...

    is that my problem ?  in V4 this construction works... maybe somthing has changed so far...

    maybe i can write that issue someone in german ... because mny written english is peace of crap.

    That configuration seems to be fine. Could it be possible that there is a forwarder configured on your DNS which directs to ASL? That would cause a loop.

    no further forwarder.. but i can see in ASL logs, that the DNS proxy has 
    time out problems .... MANY timeout problems...

    DNS list lookup defer (probably timeout) for....
    a hand query works on that lists also ping and so on...

    ill got a wrong tls on one of the zone files...
    thats all about... nothing to do with ASL...

    but i dont have any clue about the loop
