wildcard at HTTP proxy usage table

Hello,

one of my customer updated his firewall to version 5.0.23. But after the update he can't see the IP-addresses at the table of HTTP proxy usage. There only is a wilcard (*) which includes all sites and not the IP-addresses. So he can't see which user visited which site.
I try to copy this configuration, but at my firewall there are the ip addresses. The only diference is that he has a 10 IP-Licence and I have unlimited. Can this be the cause, when its more than 10?

    Correction: Seemed to be to impatient.
    Today logs looked like they should no asterisk etc.
    So you need to wait one full day after applying the Up2Date (seems logic because HTTP data is collected all day long)
