DNS server for local zone

Hello folks, 

Can Astaro be used for a local zone DNS?  For example, while it's fine for pointing my internal clients to external addresses, I'd like to be able to use it to also resolve internal names and addresses.  Or can this even be done through the DHCP server to dynamically update something?

    willst,
    asl is only a dns proxy which forwards requests to a given dns-server. You can set your internal dns server as forwarder on the asl. Don´t forget to set a packet filter for the internal-dns
