After most restarts of v5.012 (and earlier revisions of v5 too, but never in v4), I often notice hughe discontinuities in the graphs of the Network Interfaces, e.g. peaks reaching 10 or 40 Mbit/s at the time of restart. This is with the graphs produced internally in ASL, and the same phenomen when graphing the NICs' counters with an external RRDTool that reads those counters from SNMPD.
This is annoying, because those peaks in the graphs are so hughe that the interesting traffic is "compressed" in the graphs so that it becomes virtually invisible due to auto-scaling until the peaks "age/scroll out" of the graph.
It looks like the SNMP counters are often not properly initialised after the start of SNMPD. I observe this behaviour across all five ASL v5.x installations that I currently manage (from Home User to 50 IP licecenses).
