Executive Report shows Config Changes

Hi,

the executive report shows that today there were 7 Config Changes even if no one Logged in via WebAdmin or SSH and VirusProtection (mail, web) is off. 
Who has done the config changes?
To me it seems this is a little bug in the exectuve report.

    As written in the online help - config changes are user changes AND changes made by the system internally. Example changes with might occur without you changing something: DSL dial-up causing a new IP adresses, roadwarriors dialing in, ...
