For a while now, I'd been getting frustrated that my.astaro.com wouldn't mail me my password for the account I created a couple of years ago. It didn't cause too much trouble, I just re-registered and got on with life.
Just recently, though, I ordered the home licence pack for Astaro 5 online and was equally dismayed to not receive a mail with my reg key in it. It was then, with cash at stake, that I investigated this further.
It turns out that sender callout verification was stopping these messages!! Since disabling callout verification I've received both these messages (and a whole load of other, unwanted messages too!).

So, the big question is... Am I right to be using verification callouts? Or is something misconfigured on my side? Or what??
Cheers,
