protection http antivirus in my internal proxy

I have asl proxy http OFF, and i have other box with red hat and delay pools compiled in squid. The http antivirus protection work for my internal proxy?

AFAIK the http filtering only works if you use the http proxy inside ASL. I could be wrong however.

Don't understand what you exactly mean, but could it be done by putting the ASL squid ON. Then config the redhat squid to use an upstream proxy: the ASL box?

i haven´t V5 installed but i need know all possible problems for when i install V5 in the future

The internal Squid haven´t problems for upstream proxy and i think that this will work fine.

For when V5 Final Release ??
