HTTP Proxy live log SQUID error

Does anyone know what this error is about?
This is a fresh install of v5.0 Home.

Log snippet is from the HTTP proxy live log

Here is the interesting thing...With the HTTP Proxy shut right down, I still get these errors.

    I don't use http or pop or smtp proxy.
