DNS Proxy and VPN

Hi,

I just set up a VPN to my office. Everything works fine, except my DNS settings.
My DNS server runs in my office (192.168.0.20), i configured the DNS proxy on my astaro (192.168.9.254) to use this server. When i use my Astaro (192.168.9.254) for my windows clients, they can't find anything, it works if i use the .0.20 directly (but i don't want that...
Any idea what i can do? It seems as if the DNS query from the poxy is not routed through the VPN?!?

Have you configured Interfaces to listen on and Allowed networks correctly in your DNS proxy?
Maybe your DNS proxy is not listening to your VPN traffic.

I would change the setup a little bit. Let the firewall query ISP's DNS, your internal server could use Astaro as proxy and your users query the internal one. Why are you concerned to let the roadwarriors access the internal NS?
