Pattern license problem

We have a V4 license with virusupdates. I installed V5, converted my license. Then I see in System up2date that I have no license for pattern updates. In the licensing screen the virus protection for mail is on.......

I see a lot of people have the same problem. I wonder if the pattern updates are still downloaded and installed? What good is a mailscanner when no pattern updates are licensed?
