http accounting with sarg

hi,
how can i activate accounting the http traffic using sarg?
in /var/chroot-reports/sarg i found some old reports so it have must been activated some time ago. i tried to reactivate sarg but i couldnt find where to do this.

    may this be the problem?

    ID699 o 4.008 No HTTP Proxy reporting available, if the log exceeds 25MB
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Description:  When the HTTP Proxy log for a given day exceeds 25 Megabytes 
                  in size (zipped), that day will not have HTTP Proxy reporting 
          available for it.
                  
    Workaround:   ---
    Fix:          --
