Incoming SMTP Proxy

I am attempting to setup the incoming SMTP proxy in ASL 4.0.21.

Question: Does ASL require an internal DNS server hosting an MX record for [example] 123.com to use the SMTP Host parameter ':: by DNS MX record ::' ?

I am asking because I use no-ip.com to host my MX records.

Yes you need to have MX record to set up by DNS MX record for your domain. But i don´t know if no-ip.com do an MX record for your domain.
