I am sure you know that your messages bounces becasue of an error in processing. asfaik There is not a way to auto delete bounces... If you have several bounces then first thing I would do is make sure you do not have some kind of issue with your setup. Maybe posting your setup and more information we can track down the answer to your problem...
mh, the bounces are from the remote-mailer (the receiver of the mail) like out of office, user unknown, mailbox full and such things. They are catched bye the SPAM-Assassin.
