Block incoming SMTP requests

I would like to know if anyone out there knows how to block incoming SMTP traffic to the proxy. I know that you cannot add a rule/filter because the proxy comes before the IPChain rules. But, does anyone know how to manually add this?

The smtp proxy is not transparent and so you have to configure your client or server to use the proxy. If you don´t configure it, it won´t be used.

I know that the proxy is not transparent. I was asking how to block incomming SMTP connections with EXIM. I found the solution to this, and I'm all set.
