HTTP Proxy and Company Policies

As an IT Administrator, a feature that would be useful to me is the option to display a declaration specifying that Internet Access is subject to the Terms and Conditions defined by the company directors.

i.e.  Every time a user attempts to use the HTTP proxy a customised message would appear that a user would have to click "OK" to continue.  If "OK" was selected, then the HTTP proxy could be accessed as normal.

We currently use HTTP proxy using RADIUS for authentication.  Does anybody know of a method than can be used to add a declaration statement into the process of Internet Access Authentication?

Or perhaps this could be a useful future enhancement?

Any Idea's or comments would be welcome.

    Windows supports a custom login message, which is well documented.

    I'm not sure about getting astaro to do that as IIRC, the login doesn't have any extra text.

    I'd been looking at some of the custom options for RADIUS, and spotted a few that might have been useful, but nothing definative.

    What documentation are you referring to?  Could you perhaps give me a few refences to web sites or articles please?
