SAM authentication

Hi all !
I need a help in configuring a SAM authentication in ASL 4
In User Authentication -> SAM (NT/2000/XP) Server Settings
I did'n have problem , But how can  I grant privilage to some NT user to use any ASL service , like a PROXY or SMTP ?

    I think this isn't possible.
    For granding users access to the HTTP-Proxy use Radius-Authentication and build a Windows-Group like "Webuser".
    On the Radiusserver only grand this Windows-Group access to the proxy.
