ASL 4.016 freeze

Hello,
my asl 4.016 office , freezes after i hit the button to look onto the proxy content..... ( new hardware ... fw works fine all the time )There is no way to log on again, execpt reboot firewall....

any hints  ???

    Did this just happen have you always been able to get to the Proxy content manager before?  Are you sure that it is freezzing ? This has happened to me when I had the SMTP proxy configured wrong and several hundred messages were frozen. It was not really hanging just taking forever to process.... Can you explain a bit more of whats going on ?
