RBL-listed mailer pass trough the rules

I receive e-mails from senders that are know SPAMMERS in the RBL-list! I don't get a warning '**SPAM**' in the header even it says in the header: X-ACL-Warn: 200.72.22.*** blacklisted at bl.spamcop.net !!! My setting is 'Action: Warn' and 'spam level exceeds level 5'. Has someone an idea what the problem is?

fobe,

RBL checking and SPAM detection are two different features. Seen behaviour is absolutely correct. If you do not want e-mail from blacklisted hosts you could also reject it.
