Every night a compagny is sending us mail with orders.
Now these mails never come trough.
If they send the mails to our compagny it works, but when they add there internal users in a to or CC they fail.
I see then come in but get this:

How can i make them pass?
My smtp settings are these:
use smarthost is off
TLS is off
Nobody in whitelist
BLock RCPT hacks is on
RBL is on
sender adress verification s off
blacklist is on (user is not inthere)
mime error checking is on
file/virus/spam and expresion are on
I never see the mail in the content manager. [:S]
